Hi, I'm Crestie-Labadan Gardner. I graduated from Mountain View College, Valencia City, Philippines as Bachelor in Elementary Education. I'm a Licensed Elementary School Teacher in my country and taught there for a year. I was a missionary teacher in Doekso, Kyuenggido,South Korea under the 1000 Missionary Movement,Philippines. I also served as missionary teacher in Bangkok, Thailand under the "Hope for Bangkok" program. Recently, I enjoy baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes from scratch in our small home in Beech Grove,IN.
This new venture of mine all started in a childhood dream and now it's being realized and now that I am in the path of what I really wanted to be as a child, I am not looking forward to teach children anymore. But I am looking forward to help children realizing their dream in the future.
You might wonder why I became a school teacher instead of a baker or cake decorator in the beginning, being a school teacher sounds the only profession I've known when I was a child & being raised in a small country in the Philippines.
I thank God for bringing me in America through my wonderful husband and to my mother-in-law (Brenda) who gave me one of the best birthday gift I ever have in my life "cake decorating class by Wilton".
We are currently working on our bakery structure and be open soon. Our bakery will be located in Pacifico, Siargao, Surigao del Norte.
When I am not busy baking, I am busy listening to my favorite Country/ Gospel Music and spending time with my husband.
I won at the Indiana State Fair Cake decorating Contest last 2011. My diaper bag got red ribbon(2nd place) and my covered bridge & grill cake won white ribbon (3rd place).I am so thankful to God for my accomplishment.
If you any celebration coming and needed some delicious desserts for yourself and guest, come and visit us.

P.S. Our bakery still under construction and we will be open soon! Check out my pages for cake design.
